Solo Mommy Magazine is ONE DAY away from its 2nd Annual Holiday Party & Gift Drive on Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 8:30 pm to 12 midnight. It will take place at Junius Thompson Jr.'s Kappatal Cuts barbershop in Norfolk (right across from Norfolk State University). We are partying with the purpose of collecting gifts for single mom families living in the shelter system this Christmas. The cost of admission is $10 plus an unwrapped gift.
Entertainment will be provided by contemporary gospel artist B21, teen violinist Lady Clara and praise dancer Natisha Simons Wilson. Charles Clark, an American sprinter and founder of the nonprofit What Matters will be the event's special guest.
